All of our wedding stationery is crafted with expertise to ensure that your special day is as perfect as you imagine it to be. Not only are our designs created to the highest quality, but we also make it our priority that everything from the invitations to the table numbers keep the excited butterflies fluttering in the tummies of your guests.

 

We have a variety of options for you to choose from with a wide range of custom designs. But if you’re working with a specific theme, or just love the idea of something more special, then our bespoke service is here for you...

stage 1

CONSULTATION

If you wish to discuss our bespoke service further, then we can offer an obligation-free meet up, whether ideas are exchanged through an email, or a chat in a cafe with coffee and cake - we strive to work to your schedule and preferences. If you’ve got a scrapbook bursting at the seams with ideas and samples, or a Pinterst board designated to your dream wedding -then great! We want to work with you to bring these ideas to life.

 

Ultimately we want to know more about YOU; your likes, your dislikes, your favourite colours, and most importantly how your fairy tale came to be! The aim at this stage is generate and gather ideas to ensure your bespoke order is as unique as you and your wedding day. We’re talking colour schemes, handmade embellishments (lace, jewels and ribbons can all be added to your stationery). We would also take this opportunity to discuss a rough budget with you so that we can create your wedding collection to the highest standard at a price that works for you.

stage 2

COST OF CREATIVITY

Once we have as much information and inspiration from you as we can possibly fit in our very pretty little notebooks, we can create a timeline for you from design to completion. It is at this stage that we would generate a quotation for you based on everything we have discussed in our consultation, the kinds of embellishments you wish to include, and the amount of studio time required to produce your perfect suite.

 

If at this stage you are happy to go ahead with our bespoke service and take that next step towards your perfect day, you will receive an invoice requesting the payment of a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your designs, ideas, and studio time.

stage 3

PENS AT THE READY

Based on everything we have discussed, our little elves will go to work on bringing your ideas to life and generating the initial designs for your suite! Okay, so maybe we don’t have little elves but your designs will begin to flow from the fingertips of our fabulous artist!

Complimentary with our bespoke service, you will get the opportunity to review your designs and make any necessary tweaks until the final design is perfect for you. This gives you a chance to discuss any changes, see how your initial ideas are coming to life, and keep up to date with the progress of the beginning of your dream day. Please note that dependent upon changes needed, the timeline can alter at this stage - so allow plenty of time! During the final review, we will process any additional paperwork and request payment of the remaining balance.

stage 4

SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED & I'M YOURS!

The final designs have been reviewed, set up to be print-ready and have now been sent off to our printers… Yipee!!

 

You’re one step closer to reminding your guests to save the date! Once your bespoke order has been printed, we will carefully go through our quality control process and lovingly package your stationery so it reaches you in a pristine state. It is here that we will skilfully add hand embellishments if you have requested them.

 

What next? Look out for your postman, because your perfect stationery suite is on its way to you!
