DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME SCALE
We aim to dispatch your goods from our studio within 3 working days of your order being approved by our quality team (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order with tracking details. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days.
Please note that our Standard delivery is a fully insured service, therefore in the unlikely event of damage to your parcel, we will re-place the damaged goods for you at no extra cost. Delivery charges will be calculated on your invoice when you pay your order deposit.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY TIME SCALE
For Next Day delivery you need to approve your order for delivery before 1.00pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive on the following Monday/Tuesday.
Orders posted on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
Orders on a Next Day delivery service are delivered between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that all Next Day deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card, where you will be informed of the new delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international services, costing will vary depending on delivery location. In order to get an accurate postal quote please send us a message and we will respond to you quickly & efficiently.
PAYMENT
As we offer a bespoke service all payments will be made by BACS or alternative services such as PayPal will also be accepted. Once you are happy with the discussed quote & order from us you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit which will be stated on your invoice, in order to secure our bespoke service and time with one of our fabulous designers this deposit needs to be paid with-in 2 working days. Full payment is to paid before your order goes to print, the designer you are working with will send you the terms & conditions of the order process.
